Goal setting, Calibrating your inner compass
Feb 27, 2020 Season 1 Episode 3
Marcus Walfridson

In order to become a more efficient coach, the number one thing that you can do is make sure that you have a clear view of where you’re heading. If you are able to prioritize the right things in your coaching, and in life in general, you increase your chance of success. Instead of running around in circles, you can calibrate your inner compass and guide yourself towards your north star. In this episode we will talk about the importance of quality goal-setting and I will also walk you through the process that I use to set goals.

One of the keys to success is to achieve a balance in your life and that’s what we will focus on when we conduct our calibration process.

Combining your dreams and visions with your inner desires and then making them in to achievable short-term goals is what this goal-setting strategy is all about. But what if you don’t know what your vision is or if your dreams aren’t there yet? Don’t worry, it’s possible to reverse engineer a vision by looking deep within.
