We are experiencing a strange time that will be hard for many of us. I hope you are staying safe and doing your part to help out. 

When training sessions and coaching courses are cancelled we have time to reflect on a lot of things in our lives. One of the things we can work on during this difficult time is our own personal development.

And what better aspect of our personal development to focus on than the thing that can protect you from many different types of viruses, your health. We all know that staying healthy when you are coaching is difficult. 

In this episode I discuss the challenges and offer some solutions, including some tips on how to become more hireable.
