In this amazing conversation with John O’Sullivan, the founder of the Changing the Game Project and the host of the Way of Champions Podcast, we talk about the most important things for coaches to think about in their coaching. Spoiler alert: It’s not the tactics.

John O’Sullivan is  the author of two #1 bestselling books, Changing the Game: The Parents Guide to Raising Happy, High Performing Athletes, and Giving Youth Sports Back to our Kids and Every Moment Matters: How the World’s Best Coaches Inspire Their Athletes and Build Championship Teams. In addition he has an extensive playing and coaching career and is now one of those that governing bodies listen to when deciding on policies for youth sports.

We have a lot of fun sharing our experiences in coaching, the mistakes that we’ve made and the realizations that we both wished someone told us about when we started coaching. John shares enormously valuable content for every coach, regardless of level or experience.

Listen to this episode if you want to learn more about how to become a better coach, youth sports, dealing with parents, and how to build a development culture.
