Mark Smith is the National Team coach of the Canadian Women’s Softball team, and has been for the last decade. Prior to that he Coached the Men’s National Team for 13 years and was an accomplished player who was curious about everything in the sport, which led to his great coaching career. 

I really enjoyed talking to Mark and taking part of his wisdom around coaching and people development. We dive into topics such as the difference between coaching men and women, this new generation of players and the challenges we, and them face, plus more.
